All guardians and students are expected to adhere to the following policies:
-ENROLLMENT. Some classes are one-time, while others meet daily or weekly -- please review the class description. The class section specifies the day(s) and time for the class -- please ensure you have selected the appropriate section option. Space is available on a first come first serve basis, where full payment is required to reserve your spot.
-WEATHER RELATED CLOSINGS, UPDATES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. All announcements and updates regarding school closings or time changes due to severe weather conditions such as snow, will be posted on the website, Facebook and Twitter. All families must check one of these methods of social communication.
-PERSONAL PROPERTY. Parents assume all liability for loss or damage to personal items they bring to Tech Em's facility. Tech Em assumes no responsibility for any personal belongings.
-MEDICAL CONDITIONS. Parents of children who require any type of special medical care are advised that Tech Em staff will not administer medical treatment. Tech Em requires that a parent or caregiver of any child requiring special medical attention stay onsite in the event that a prescribed drug or other treatment may be necessary. If your child requires epinephrine for severe allergies, they should bring their prescribed medication to class, and we will administer in an emergency. Please make sure to indicate if your child has any allergies on your https://secure.techemstudios.com account.
-MAKE-UP CLASSES. We are happy to work with you individually to make-up missed instruction during the course or a single separately scheduled time.

We will confirm classes and communicate about enrollments, cancellations, scheduling, calendar changes, session dates, and programs via e-mail from email@example.com. Parents are responsible for facilitating receipt by Tech Em of all communications. Tech Em is not responsible for lost communications in the event that its e-mails are not opened, not read, diverted to a spam folder, or the recipient unsubscribes to Tech Em communications.
